The summer exhibition Entre les Mondes offers an immersive, colorful exploration of Marion Sagon’s singular universe at Espace Molière.

Her works, idealized interpretations of our contemporary landscapes, act as sublimated reflections of our own reality.
When placed in the exhibition space, they open windows onto artificial environments where, on the border between the real and the imaginary, nature and human constructions merge in perfect balance.

Somewhere between utopia and dystopia, Marion Sagon’s creations offer a visual and conceptual experience imbued with duality; billboards with contradictory messages, impenetrable architecture, sublimated factories; and confront us with the sometimes absurd but equally aesthetic and poetic side of our modern world.

Marion Sagon explores notions such as landscape, eco-feminism and the Anthropocene.
Beyond its ecological significance, and in a world where the boundaries between the virtual and the real are becoming increasingly blurred, the Entre les Mondes exhibition also raises questions about our relationship with reality in the age of the Internet and artificial intelligence.

Born in Nîmes, France, Marion Sagon graduated from the Ecole Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Montpellier in 2011.
She currently lives and works in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
