Throughout the territory of the commune, human presence has been attested since prehistoric times. Excavations have unearthed numerous and diverse archaeological discoveries, notably an Etruscan tomb from the 6th century B.C., which is currently on display in the municipal council room.
The exhibition is open during the hours of the Town Hall.
