> Works by Sandrine Pincemaille , Thalia Reventlow and the workshops of the Black Pearl.

First of all, there are the blues, those of the Mediterranean Sea and the sunny skies, which vibrate here perhaps more than elsewhere…

Then, there is the forest, this primary forest, evocation of ancient times, almost totally disappeared in Europe, characterized by its luxuriance and diversity; this forest which is today the object of disappearances… but also of reconstruction projects essential for humanity.
An initial nature, which also refers to the sources of our imagination…

“The blues of the forest”, in its enigmatic formulation, will show how two creators imagine this primary forest.

On the one hand, Sandrine Pincemaille, a visual artist and gallery owner in Chalonnes sur Loire, graduated from the Beaux Arts d’Angers, where she now teaches, will propose a dozen large formats of aerial lace of transparent threads, evoking a ghostly forest, a mode of transparency and lightness.

On the other hand, Thalia Reventlow, sculptor and ceramic designer from Aude, graduate of the Beaux-Arts of Bourges and the School of Design of COpenhagen, will present, in absolute contrast with Sandrine Pincemaille, sculptures of small sizes, dense but with very pure lines.

Green and blue animal creatures in a lace forest…
