Located on the hills bordering the Hérault valley, Adissan is a typical Languedoc village with a strong winegrowing character. An imposing castle was built in the 17th century by the Mirman family
Around the old center and the church of Saint Adrien, you will find many winegrowers’ houses that you will discover with a guide
The village is also famous for being the birthplace of Clairette, a dry or sweet white wine particularly appreciated by shellfish lovers.
