Gourmet friends, discover the Boudet confectionery in Pézenas with a special chocolate event!
Many people are familiar with the Boudet confectionery and its famous berlingots de Pézenas, but few know that it also produces some very fine chocolates.
Monday November 18th
from 1.30pm to 3pm or 3.30pm to 5pm
Duration: 1h30 approx
On the program for this good time:
– Visit to the factory and boutique
– Discover the world of chocolate
– Chocolate bar-making workshop (with toppings)
– Tasting of the confectionery’s chocolate specialties (4 ganaches)
Materials supplied: apron and charlotte
