FÊTE DE LA SAINT VINCENT
SAINT-THIBERY
Programme
The Saint-Vincent festival, an oenological and patrimonial event, will take place in Saint-Thibéry on Sunday January 22nd from 9 am to 6 pm. Unique on the Hérault Mediterranean territory, the day is articulated around traditional celebrations, the promotion of the wine domains and the products of the soils of the Hérault, tastings and animations around the wine.

12.30 pm Meal of the St Vincent
2:00 PM Sensory workshop "flavors and aromas" - Free workshop
4:00 pm Conference on wine with Christine Poirier - free entrance
and all day long, various animations and exhibitions and gourmet tastings at the winegrowers' village, terroir and delicacies
