A word from the author: “With “La Vie est une Fête”, I’ve returned to my penchant for composing characters who are slightly cracked or completely crazy. Far from the stand-up of generational or community connivance, I wanted to offer a show that scratches and grates. My characters are either silly or mean, and sometimes both. A way for me to track down pettiness, selfishness, spinelessness and the comfort of a self-proclaimed good conscience.
It’s also a good opportunity to remember that we all carry a little of this shared monstrosity. And that’s precisely what allows us to laugh about it
