Programme
Let yourself be carried by the current in paddle or kayak, on the Herault river, during a 1h30 walk in the middle of nature in a soothing and idyllic setting: the Roman bridge of Saint-Thibéry, the surrounding fauna and flora.
The course takes place in full safety. It is very accessible to all and supervised by a qualified instructor who will also initiate you to the history, the fauna and the local flora.

> 2 hours : 1h30 in the water and 30min of briefing/equipment
> A charming site, 15 minutes from Cap d’Agde
> Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday; ask for other possibilities.
