Domaine des Baies Sauvages is a 40-hectare estate situated on land surrounding the small village of Nizas near Pézenas. The terroir consists of rocky limestone plateaus and clay-limestone hillsides. The south-facing aspect allows the grapes to develop their aromas and flavours from as early as September.
The main grape varieties grown are Syrah, Chardonnay, Roussanne and Viognier.
The wines produced at the estate are the result of a close harmony between man, the grape variety and the terroir.
HVE3-certified estate.
