- Key return service at weekends and on public holidays, in partnership with rental agencies, at the Tourist Office in Cap d’Agde.
- Ticket sales for guided tours, musical cruises, trips, activities and shows (according to the tourist information office)
- Foreign language welcome (English, German, Spanish, Italian, French Sign Language, according to the tourist information office)
- Personalised welcome for disabled visitors at the desk
- Hearing loop for hearing aid wearers
- Free wi-fi access : you can connect for free for one hour in each year round office

The Tourist Office is dedicated to making tourism accessible to everyone!
The Cap d’Agde office holds the "Tourisme & Handicap" (Tourism & Disability) label for all four categories of disability (physical, visual, hearing, and mental/intellectual), while the Agde office is certified for hearing and cognitive disabilities. These distinctions reflect our ongoing commitment to providing an inclusive, warm welcome tailored to the needs of every individual. This approach extends beyond our physical premises to our website, www.capdagde.com, which has achieved a 58% partial compliance rate for digital accessibility all part of our effort to make the destination increasingly inclusive and welcoming.

The Tourist Office is dedicated to making tourism accessible to everyone!
Our tourist information offices in Agde, Cap d'Agde, Pézenas, Portiragnes-Plage, and Vias carry the "Accueil Vélo" (Cyclists Welcome) label. This means that cycle tourists can find specific services and facilities, such as bicycle parking, route information and advice, repair kits, and more.
