In the calm of the countryside and the beauty of a wine estate attached to a 17th century monastery. With its private garden, car park and terrace, this cottage can accommodate 8 people in all seasons with its refreshing pool. Terrace gives access to swimming pool. Garden and parking are private.
Discover the silence and the sweetness of our gîte. The dining room with fireplace accommodates up to 10 people at the table. The adjoining kitchen. Access to the accommodation is via a corridor leading to 3 bedrooms, one of which has a private entrance and bathroom (shower, sink, separate toilet), a master bedroom and another bedroom with up to 3 90cm beds. x 200cm, both separated by a large bathroom with double sinks, bath and toilet. A double terrace gives access to a private 4x4m swimming pool, shaded by a 50-year-old wild pear tree and overlooking a private garden and car park. Equipment: Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, terrace equipped with a barbecue.
