His red wine, the “Souffle des Anges” is already sold in more than 200 wine shops, restaurants for the most part starred or delicatessens in France and in Europe
The domain l’Anqueven is certified in organic farming since the beginning of 2020.
In 2020, it will launch its first white wine, Envol des Anges, 100% Clairette, the emblematic grape variety of Adissan.
Frédéric Fages invites you to discover his vineyard in a different way. By bike, go along the vineyards to discover the magnificent landscapes and on your return, stop at the cellar to enjoy a visit, a wine tasting and why not a “food and wine pairing”… All this on reservation !
