Located in Caux, near Pézenas, the domain Stella Nova was created in 2002. The 10 hectares of surface area allow the vineyard to offer a vast diversity of terroirs. Between the terraces of pebbles dating back to the Villafranchian where the gravelly clays and basalt mix and the terraces of white clay and limestone earths, the vineyard is ideal for Languedoc grape varieties.

Located in Caux, near Pézenas, the domain Stella Nova was created in 2002. The vineyard of 10 hectares of surface area offers a vast diversity of terroirs. Between the terraces of pebbles dating back to the Villafranchian where the gravelly clays and basalt mix and the terraces of white clay and limestone earths, the vineyard is ideal for Languedoc’s grape varieties. The grape selection is varied and is composed of traditional grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Clairette du Languedoc… The vineyard on a human scale makes it possible to conduct the vines cultivation in biodynamic farming, thus favouring the balance of life of the soils and the quality of fruits.
