As we bought our first plots in 1996, our first encounter was the colour of the earth we were cultivating : a vivid red brown soil, full of blond shingles and small stones. The second colour that imposed itself was this green of the vines and of the oaks. And then, one thing leading to another, we brought gold and dark purple, we live there as the seasons go and as their colours do. The property is culminating at 83 m above sea level and offers a splendid view of the Montagne Noire (Black Mountain) or the Canigou (peak in the Pyrenees).
