Red, yellow, green, white, a copper cauldron, sugar heated to 160 degrees, you are in the heart of the artisanal manufacture of the berlingot. These little sweets, a speciality of Pézenas, have been made by the Boudet family business for three generations.
The factory can only be visited in the morning, the visit is free and lasts 45 minutes until October.
Groups of 10 people.
The factory shop is open all day.
