Namasthé means in Sanskrit “I greet the divine in you”
In the benevolence and the sharing, the speakers of the association Namasthé propose their knowledge and their experiment in order to support you on the way of the wellbeing.
The association proposes various activities (heart, body, head), events to be defined according to the members and meetings.
The workshops take place in the Sukha Dhyana room (joy and meditation) and in fine weather in the Namasthé garden.
