Nestled on the slopes of the Baumes volcano in Pézenas, the Allegria estate, a family-run winery, invites you to enjoy unique wine-tasting experiences:
> Cellar tour and tasting of 6 of the estate’s organic wines. Duration: 1 hour
> A stroll through the spiral-shaped Cinsault vineyards, followed by an aperitif. Duration: 1½ hours
> La Table vigneronne: aperitif in the vineyards, cellar tour and dinner under the stars from Saturday evening to Monday evening
> La Joyeuse Buvette, the Friday evening wine bar
> Create your own personalised wine over a weekend: during a blending workshop, create your own cuvée, choose your favourite grape varieties and personalise your wine right down to the label design.
