The Giraud family has been winegrowers from father to son for five generations. Gilles has been immersed in the rhythm of the vineyard from an early age. From planting to harvesting, everything is done by hand. It was only in the 1970s that harvesting machines arrived in our region. Part of the harvest is still done by hand, but this traditional method is kept for the old plots for which the greatest care is required!

Gilles bought his first vines in 1999 and cultivated them while continuing his work as a manager for a local private cellar. He made wine there for 20 years. In 2010, he took over his parents’ vineyards in leasehold. Today, the vineyards cover 29 hectares.
The vineyard is completely renewed: ideal to start the first vinifications!
