Nestled among the hillsides between the Via Domitia and the village of Montagnac, the Saint-Hilaire estate covers 75 hectares, 30 of which are in wine production. Dating from the 18th century, it is owned by Lisa and Nick Kent. The wines produced combine the traditional values of the Languedoc with the dynamics of the new world approach.
