The restaurant proposes a “spontaneaous”, creative and refined home-made cuisine with daily products, served in a somptuous 14th-century dining room. A large wine cellar with Languedoc wines and beers of the whole world. In our facility, the meat is dressed, the shrimps are peeled, the fresh vegetables and fish are worked softly.
