Since 1968, the Boudet confectionery has been a veritable institution, passionately perpetuating a unique craft, bringing to life the famous ‘Berlingot de Pézenas’. Heir to a much older tradition, this iconic sweet with its colourful streaks and delicate flavours appeals to gourmets of all ages.

La confiserie Boudet invites you to discover their other artisanal confectionery: Camargue salt caramels, tender nougats, old-fashioned sweets in violet, poppy or citrus flavours, not forgetting our honey pastilles. A real taste journey to the heart of Occitan sweet heritage!
Combining tradition and innovation, the Boudet confectionery reinvents sweet pleasures with modern creations such as ‘Ça Pikkk’, tangy sweets, or its special editions for the summer season in cocktail flavours, for example.
