Aubert lemonades were created by Jules Aubert in 1876. The recipe and the original manufacturing process have won prizes in numerous agricultural competitions.
The family also developed the distribution of drinks and the sale of ice cream loaves. The Aubert establishments will become an important player in the distribution of drinks on the Hérault coast.
Today, David Flipo, grandson of Jean Aubert, has relaunched the production of Aubert lemonades by relocating production to the family mansion in Pézenas.
With the desire to offer a healthier and tastier alternative to today’s fizzy drinks, the drinks are AB-certified, made from natural extracts and with a lower pure cane sugar content than traditional lemonades
The products are based on classic lemonades with an “authentic and traditional” character and sparkling infusions.
