    Les Aurelles estate is located in Languedoc, near Pézenas, on the edge of Nizas plateau, 30 Km from the Mediterranean. The vines plunge deeply in the basalt and gravel soil and benefit from a magnificent panorama that stretches from the Upper-Languedoc to the Cévennes mountains. This surrounding landscape nurses the look and inspires a very particular vitality. This is this inner vitality that Basile and Caroline Saint-Germain want to make manifest in their wines.
