In Florensac, 4 hectares of vines live to the rhythm of the Mediterranean. On these Côtes de Thau the owners have chosen to cultivate 5 grape varieties. Sauvignon, Viognier and white Grenache for the production of white wine. Syrah and Cinsault for the red and rosé wines.
The vine is the foundation of the future wines. It is necessary to listen to it, to respect it and to keep a close eye on it, this is what is called reasonable agriculture.
