Since 2013 it is Alix and Christophe who welcome you to the Domaine de l’Envolée, which has 6 hectares of vineyards and four cottages to enjoy the haven of peace in the town of Tourbes with wines in their image: freshness, vivacity, character, greed and pleasure. This wine estate is in conversion AB since 2020.

It is with a touch of madness that Alix and Christophe decide in 2010 to undertake a professional reconversion to live their dreams and create their own domain! After having trained a few years and having criss-crossed the vineyards of Languedoc, it is in Tourbes, near Pézenas, that they find happiness and that they settle in 2013.
Today the estate has 6 hectares of vineyards and 4 gîtes. They have always had at heart the respect of nature and the environment. It is therefore very natural that they have started a process to be labeled organic farming in 2020.
Their wines in a few words: freshness, vivacity, character, greed and pleasure. Wines in their image!
