An event combining running and open-water swimming (in pairs or as a solo event for children).
Programme
The event will serve as the final round of the Occitanie regional circuit, with the route taking participants to Fort de Brescou.
Open to all ability levels, from children’s beginners’ sessions to competitive duos, the competition showcases the natural landscapes of the Hérault coastline, ranging from urban scenery on land to unspoilt seabeds.
Six race formats:
Format L (duo) 30 km, including a 7.6 km swim — Occitanie regional circuit final
Format M (duo) 19 km, including a 4.1 km swim — departmental championship
Format S (duo) 11.8 km, including a 2.7 km swim — Occitanie youth circuit label
XS format (duo) 4.6 km, including a 1.2 km swim — Occitanie Youth Circuit label Solo Children’s 10–13 years 2 km, including a 200 m swim — Occitanie Youth Circuit label Solo Children’s 6–9 years 1 km, including a 100 m swim — Occitanie Youth Circuit label Schedule for the day 7.30 am
Start of L format: 9.00 am
Start of S and M formats: 10.00 am
Start of XS format: 11.30 am
Start of children’s races: 12.15 pm
Awards ceremony: 1.00 pm End of the event
