We adapt our cooking to all dietary differences (gluten-free/lactose-free/salt-free…) and to all diets. (Vegetarian, vegan or simply epicurean!). We highlight our Aveyron meats, fresh fish and organic vegetables.
We work with a naturopath to have a healthy approach to cooking. No industrial products are used in our house.
