At the heart of the Picpoul de Pinet appellation, Vinipolis is a contemporary wine tourism complex combining wine tasting and gastronomy.
The tasting and sales area is designed around educational and entertaining "wine-themed" terminals presenting grape varieties, their characteristics and winemaking methods.
The Florès Sens Mediterranean restaurant serves dishes based on seasonal and local produce. Wines are served from the Florensac cooperative cellar, at very reasonable prices.

Conferences and seminars
We welcome you to a unique setting, a large heated and air-conditioned banquet hall measuring 280 m², with an unexpected view of the Vignerons de Florensac barrel cellar thanks to a large glass wall.
The hall has all the necessary equipment to organise your private and family receptions (weddings, christenings, communions, birthdays, dinner dances), as well as events for businesses and associations (symposiums, conferences, galas, seminars, conferences, study days).
An outdoor terrace allows for al fresco dining on sunny days, with a spacious one-hectare garden.
