Today, David Flipo, Jean Aubert's grandson, is back in the business of making Aubert lemonades, once again setting up production in the family mansion in Pézenas.
With the aim of offering a healthier, tastier alternative to today's fizzy drinks, the beverages are AB-certified, made from natural extracts and with a lower pure cane sugar content than traditional lemonades.
The products are based on classic lemonades with an "authentic and traditional" character, and sparkling infusions.
