The 80m2 house, which accommodates 6 people, is composed of a living room/equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms including 1 master bedroom with a view of the swimming pool and 2 bathrooms.
In "Le Petit Mas de la Fontaine" you will have two parking spaces upon arrival. Access is via a small gate opening onto a path leading to the garden and the swimming pool via a small sheltered area consisting of garden furniture and a barbecue and located by the pool. In its extension, deckchairs will be waiting for you. You will then advance onto a covered terrace of 25m2, facing south, with its dining area and direct and secure access to the swimming pool. You will then enter the living room consisting of a living room and fully equipped and fitted kitchen, nothing is missing; this living space serves 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 2 90cm beds, with storage furniture. A 3rd master bedroom with 1 140cm bed, which directly overlooks the swimming pool; shower room, en suite toilet, and a washing machine. A 2nd shower room is available for the other 2 bedrooms.

€70.00 electricity fee is additional from November to March.
A €800.00 security deposit and an €80.00 end-of-stay cleaning check will be required upon arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay if the house is returned in the same condition as upon arrival.
