On the Fontedicto estate, situated on limestone soil studded with volcanic rocks, Cécile and Bernard BELLAHSEN cultivate 4 hectares of vines and cereals, all biodynamically. They use the grapes to make their wines, and the cereals to make bread, which they sell at local markets and stores. Cécile and Bernard are winegrowers/farmers/bakers.
