Located in the magnificent winegrowing village of Caux, near Pézenas, Domaine de l?Unique is the culmination of the passion and hard work of Jean-Michel Just, independent winegrower, founder and operator of this family estate.
Respecting the principles of Organic Agriculture since its debut in 2019, Domaine de l'Unique cultivates a dozen hectares of terroir marked by the presence of basalt, the hard black rock that marks the volcanic history of central Hérault.
Since the 2020 vintage, Domaine de l'Unique has been producing and marketing a range of 7 different wines (whites, rosés, reds - dry or sweet), with a meticulous, authentic, artisanal approach.
The Domaine de l'Unique and its house are home not only to a family life, but also to the winery and areas for sharing with the public, including a tasting and sales boutique. Domaine de l'Unique is delighted to be able to present its wines and its way of working, with the emphasis on prior appointments.
