It’s the story of a life. A life that could be mine, or yours. It’s also the story of a childhood friendship, of an incurable disease, of a helpless medical profession, of a daily life orchestrated and disrupted by illness, of happy and sad memories. It’s the story of a life, but a life cut short far too soon.
Why do we fight, even when we know we can’t win? How can we not let death steal our precious moments?
