Opening: “Safari de fleurs en milieu urbain” Friday, April 4, 6:30 pm
“I’m amazed by these plants which, despite being cut down and treated with chemicals, grow back with constancy and modesty. This obstinacy to be reborn, whatever the cost, inspired me to write a song called “Fleur de bitume”, included in my new eponymous album. But that?s not all: I wanted to bear witness to so much beauty and resilience. That’s how I became an urban wildflower hunter! My approach as a budding photographer is to get down low, to take ground-level shots most of the time, to highlight the grandeur of nature.”
The exhibition will take place at the Edmond Charlot media library in Pézenas from April 4 to May 15
