From 4 to 6 July 2025, Agde and Le Grau d’Agde will be hosting the traditional Fishermen’s Festival, celebrated in honour of Saint-Pierre, the patron saint of fishermen.
Inflatable structures, merry-go-rounds, churros, crêpes and refreshment stands during the 2 days of festivities at the Criée.
On the programme:
Friday 4 July
> 9pm – Arrival of the Saint Pierre by the river at Place de la Marine in Agde. Guard of honour, entertainment in the square (peña….)
> 9.30pm – Procession to the church of Saint Sever and mass by Father Frédéric Forel accompanied by the Mélopoïa choir
> 10.30pm – Parade through the streets of the town, torchlight procession
> 11pm – Fireworks followed by a musical evening with TONY in the Place de la Marine in Agde
Saturday 5 July
> 12h – Sardinade at the fish market and entertainment
> 14h30 – Various entertainment by the BELVÉDÈRE team to celebrate their tenth anniversary: discover seafood products (places limited) (many prizes to be won)
> 18h – Jousting tournament by the Pavois Agathois (Challenge Jonathan Danis)

> 9.30pm – Grand Concert with the band FUNKY RABBIT Year 80
Sunday 6 July
> 10.30am – Meeting point at Notre Dame de l’Agenouillade in Le Grau d’Agde. Procession to the fish market to board the boats. Two pleasure boats will take the public on board free of charge (Priority will be given to those taking part in the procession from Notre Dame de L’Agenouillade).
> 11am – Sailing out to sea, blessing, wreath-laying in memory of missing sailors
> 12.30pm – Drinks in the auction hall

> 15h – Grand Tournoi de capelet- Trophée de la saint-pierre par les capeléteurs de Marseillan
