Welcome to the world of artistic swimming, at the crossroads of sport, elegance and imagination. In Pézenas, the NAPM club - Natation Artistique Pézenas Méditerranée - offers children and teenagers a progressive apprenticeship in this complete and fun discipline, combining technical swimming and body expression? with a touch of magic thanks to the mermaid swimming sessions!
During the school vacations, the club organizes mermaid swimming courses at the Ô Pézenas pool, led by Lucile, a qualified and passionate mermaid lifeguard. Children aged 6 and over can plunge into a magical world where artistic swimming meets aquatic dance? all in mermaid costume.
With a single fin and mermaid tail provided, each participant will experience the unique sensation of moving through the water with grace and fluidity.
On the program: learning techniques, water games, choreography and lots of laughs. An original activity that lets you discover the pool in a different way, while developing confidence, stamina and creativity.
