This pretty 60m2 gîte in a residential building can accommodate 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). Located in a secure residence with a private parking space, you'll be free to enjoy this atypical house and its outdoor spaces.
When you step inside, you'll discover a lovely 20m2 enclosed patio equipped with an outdoor shower. This leads to the first sleeping area, with a large double bedroom (140x190cm bed, air-conditioning, TV), a mezzanine ideal for children with two 80cm single beds, and a first bathroom with shower, toilet and plenty of storage space.
On the other side of the patio, you'll reach the main building. Here you'll find a large entrance hall with plenty of cupboard space, the second bedroom (bed 140x190cm, air-conditioning), the second bathroom and separate WC.
The living areas are upstairs. You'll enjoy a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils). The beautiful main room opens onto a balcony (plancha, dining area) with a view of the sea.
The accommodation is child-friendly and equipped with everything you need (beach games, baby equipment, etc.) T
To ensure your comfort, the gîte is equipped with air conditioning, TV and washing machine. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. Sheets and towels are optional.
