Circuit N° 1 "Le P'tit Tour de Bessilles" offers an easy, safe route, perfectly suited to beginners and families. Located at the heart of the Base Départementale de Bessilles, this mountain bike circuit is set in a protected natural environment, mainly pine forest, and features a bike stop.
Around the circuit, you'll find a host of free and paying leisure facilities: City Parc, playgrounds and picnic areas, fitness trail, interpretation trails, Espace Loisirs Orientation, as well as fun activities such as mini-golf and pétanque. For the more adventurous, the park also offers an accrobranche, an Escape Game, adventure shooting zones (Laser Game, Paintball, Archery Tag), as well as orienteering courses and areas dedicated to children.
For a gourmet break or a stay in the heart of nature, a food truck is available on site, as well as a 500-place vacation village close to Sète and the Mediterranean.
From north to south, around the Hérault river, from east to west between the Canal du Midi and the Mediterranean Sea, the mountain bike/Gravel-FFC area N°138 Cap d'Agde Méditerranée offers a wide range of safe, signposted routes through contrasting landscapes. Between basalt plateaus and Languedoc vineyards, discover 24 circuits for all levels: very easy (1 green circuit), easy (15 blue circuits), moderately difficult (7 red circuits) and difficult (1 black circuit). There are signposted links to the circuits from Mèze, Agde, Bessan and Pézenas.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned mountain biker, a 100% natural adventure awaits you!
