La Tamarissière is an offshore spot where big waves can form if the wind is from the south. The spot also works well with a westerly wind, where the presence of a seawall makes the water flat and therefore ideal for freestyle. On the other hand, when the wind veers further north, it becomes off-shore and totally irregular.
