At the crossroads of fresh and salt water, where the Mediterranean, the river Hérault and the Canal du Midi meet, Le Cap d'Agde is the water sport Capital of the Mediterranean, living through and for the sea. Take to sea by multiplying the nautical pleasures with a wide range of activities, both at sea and on the river.

As for sport and sensation, the water is an infinite source of pleasures. It satisfies the most demanding ambitions for sailing, power-boating, diving, water skiing.... The Centre Nautique is the meeting point for sea and water sports addicts : practice, hiring, club and training.

Let yourself be tempted, you are in a resort that carries the quality label "France Station Nautique", which means that water sports activities are organised in complete safety.

The "Blue Flag" flies over its marina with 3.050 rings to accommodate boats up to 35 metres long, and a technical harbour zone with all services and professionals.

ACCESS
When approaching from the NE and the East, take the southward route around the Lauze lighthouse, then follow a heading of 357° towards the summit of the Mont Saint-Loup between the two channel lighthouses.
When approaching from the South or the West, take a wide berth around the islet of Brescou (with the South Cardinal buoy to port), then follow a heading of 357° towards the summit of the Mont St-Loup, as before.
Do not take the route north of Brescou.
Lauze lighthouse : green flashing light (4seconds).
South Cardinal : six white quick-flashing lights + flashing white light (15s).
Islet of Brescou : two flashing lights, red and white (6s).
West Jetty : red flashing light (4s).
East Jetty : green isophase light (4s).

CAPACITY AND FACILITIES
2750 wet berths.
Can accommodate boats up to 35 m long.
Dredged docks 3 m deep.
10 sheltered docks around a 35 hectare stretch of water.
All places equipped with Catways ; piles or moorings for the largest boats. Special sites for multi-hull boats. Waiting quays located near harbours master's offices.
VHF Channel 9.

TECHNICAL SERVICES

• Fresh water and electricity (220 V) on the quay.
• Bathromm facilities located around the docks, fitted with showers, toilets and wash bins.
• Refuelling station : premium grade, mixed fuel, diesel. High season : 8.00 a.m. > 7.00 p.m. Low season : 8.00 a.m. > 12.00.
  Automatic cash dispenser (bank cards). Dock 1, near the Outer Port Harbour Master's Office.
• 6 containers for waste oil recovery (technical yard, Malfato dock, dock 1).
• Technical Yard
  Repair and maintenance yards : careening yard, sanding yard, parking yard for long-term works.
  Hoisting gear (45 t, 16 t), crane (2 t) : handling vouchers issued by the port services in the harbour master's offices.
  Port waste disposal site.
• 3 marine railways (1 in the technical yarde, 2 further west near the sailing schools).
